Do you offer refunds for unused subscription periods?

No. Once a plan has been contracted, there is no refund option. What you can do is cancel your subscription to prevent it from automatically renewing.

Do I have full access with any plan?

Yes. With any plan you will have total access to the tools to create QRS, statistics and download formats.

Can I try it for free?

Of course, you have 7 days for free to try the app before choosing a paid plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments (Mastercard, Visa), bank transfer. All payments will be made in euros and prices do not include the value added tax. Only the annual plan can be paid by bank transfer.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription whenever you want without commitment from the Billing section in your account.
